Ridership
Average weekday ridership
for the month of November 2025 is 130,356
up by 1,362 or 1% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership
is 17,603,711, an increase of 1.7% from the previous year.

On-Time Performance
System-wide on-time performance
is 67.4% for the month of November 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 38
routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while two (2) routes, Route
CountryExpress! and Route
151 had an on-time performance below 50%.
The DTS and OTS Service
Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

Service Delivery
The October service
changes continue to generate complaints with the largest number relating to the
cancellation of Route 20.

Safety and Security
The number of miles between major collisions for November was 287,930
miles.

Maintenance
The miles between
mechanical road calls averaged 11,441 miles for the month. The number of vehicles
receiving cosmetic upgrades increased by 87% from the previous year.

A summary of the
service modifications that were implemented with the October sign-up and will remain
in effect until the December sign-up.
